KISATI WRAP-UP

I’m delighted to share the final report from Kisati, My Story, with you all. Thanks to your support and care, 10 Palestinian children and three instructors in the Bethlehem area were able to experience an encouraging, dynamic community in the midst of the isolation and hardships of Covid, on top of the already existing oppressive pressures of colonialism and military occupation.

Together they discovered and grew in their writing and drawing abilities which fostered empowerment and joy from developing skills, as well as helped to release stress and other taxing emotions caused by the conditions around them.
